Question: what do you usually do with the leftover jar of tahini?
1 head garlic
2 Tbsp tahini, divided
2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed
1 tsp smoked paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut off top of garlic; drizzle about 1 tablespoon of tahini over top of garlic bulb, wrap with foil and place in oven for about 20 minutes.
2. Squeeze out roasted garlic cloves into a food processor, add remaining 1 tablespoon tahini, beans, paprika, salt and pepper. Process on low speed until ingredients are blended. Top with a sprinkle of paprika if desired.
